1. Certificate of Incorporation

   • Must be notarized and apostilled

   • Confirms the legal existence of the company

2. Statement of Incorporation

   • Notarized and apostilled in original

   • Details the structure and ownership of the company

3. Certificate of Good Standing

   • Confirms that the company is active and compliant

   • Also notarized and apostilled in original

4. Minutes of the Board of Directors (BOD)

   • Formal resolution approving the purchase of the yacht

   • Notarized and apostilled in original

5. Power of Attorney (POA)

   • Authorizes specific persons to act on behalf of the company, sign documents, and complete the purchase

   • Must be notarized and apostilled in original

6. Copies of Passports

   • Of the authorized representatives stated in the POA
