Presentation standard
Alvea Signature Listing™ Standard
The structured framework used by Alvea Yachts to prepare professional yacht listings for international buyers. It defines how available facts, records and visual material are selected, qualified and organised.
Independent yacht brokerage · Established 2006

Designed for serious evaluation
Information before inspection
Experienced buyers often assess a yacht remotely before requesting additional information or travelling for a viewing.
A well-prepared presentation should make the yacht’s configuration, material history and relevant distinctions clear—and identify what remains subject to further verification.
The presentation framework
Four principles,
One clear standard
A coherent visual record
Images are selected to explain the yacht, not merely promote it. Where available, the presentation covers the exterior, deck areas, accommodation, helm, machinery spaces and relevant equipment in a clear sequence.
Specifications in context
Principal particulars are reviewed against records made available by the owner, including dimensions, propulsion, recorded engine hours, accommodation, technical systems, registration, location and VAT status.
Documented history and distinctions
Significant maintenance, replacements, upgrades and refit work are presented clearly when supporting records exist, together with the characteristics that genuinely distinguish the yacht.
Supporting buyer material
Where appropriate, further material may include inventories, layout plans, maintenance or refit summaries, equipment records, additional media and relevant ownership or VAT documentation.
Accuracy and verification
Yacht particulars are presented in good faith from information and records supplied to Alvea and do not constitute a technical survey, contractual representation or warranty. Buyers should appoint independent professionals to verify the yacht’s condition, specifications, documentation, legal status and tax position before purchase.
The standard in practice
